B-Day Girl Aileen Leaving Joe's

Within the last few weeks I've had the opportunity to enjoy Joe's Pizza a couple of times. Joe's is on Broadway @ Ocean, near the beach in Santa Monica. This is New York style pizza...thin crust. I like the crunchiness of the crust, the slightly sweet flavor of the red sauce and the thick cheese. We recently celebrated Aileen's birthday at Joe's.

It's a tiny shop with just a few high tables. More people order take-out rather than eating in, but we managed to seat a group of 8 people during a busy lunchtime.
